The phrase Off Site Manufacturing indicates that the homes are built away from the building site, in a specially equipped factory. The prefix Volumetric indicates that individual stories or rooms of homes leave the factory as complete units, with walls, floors and ceilings in place, kitchens and bathrooms installed, services fully commissioned and all interiors finished. We are committed and completely focused on making the manufacture and supply of our homes easy for our clients. We operate to the highest standards allowing us to give cost and programme assurances from the beginning. We are obsessed with providing the highest quality products and service with minimum fuss and cost. From our production line, we are able to deliver a single house, a number of homes or a group of apartments, offering almost unlimited specification and design flexibility to meet the needs of current day clients.
